CLC block wire cutting machine is used to cut big foam concrete machine into small sizes foam concrete blocks. Our wire cutting machine is a new product in the foam concrete equipment, it is specially used to cut various sizes foam concrete blocks, easy operation, high efficiency.
Main performance:
1. The lifting motor adopts the standard automatic brake motor.
2. Lifting speed could be adjusted through the frequency converter.
3. The block size between 100--1200mm could be adjusted willfully.
4. All motors are equipped with speed reducers.
5. It is improved on the basis of the GW30A wire cutting machine, it is specially used to cut various foam concrete blocks.

1. Six shafts equipped with bearings, reducing friction, and increasing rope wire lifetime.
2. Horizontal and vertical cutting is cutting both ways, keeping blocks more stable.
3. Lifting speed could be adjusted under the chain drive and lifting motor, to more stable.
4. Two cutting motors equipped on the cutting frame, save space, and make the structure more impact.
5. Steel doors instead of the guard grids, easier for daily maintenance.
6. Add cover on the top of the cutting machine, making the cutter an elegant appearance.

Our wire cutting machine can be matched with foam concrete machine. We often use the foam concrete machine to produce big foam concrete blocks. If you need small capacity machine, we can provide 5m3/h, 10m3/h, or 20m3/h capacity; if you need a big capacity machine, we can provide 30m3/h, 40m3/h, or even 100m3/h foam concrete machine.
After producing the foam concrete, we can cut it into small different sizes blocks. Of course, we can provide small foam concrete block molds for you. You can directly pour the foam concrete into the molds, when the blocks are solid, just remove the mold and cure the foam concrete blocks. After 2 weeks, the blocks can be used in construction.
