If you find that the motor is overheated, you can open the door of the foam machine and let it ventilate naturally. Or use a fan or blower to cool the motor. Or remove the casing next to the motor to increase its heat dissipation capacity. If you take these measures and still can't cool down well, you should consider temporarily stopping foaming and let the motor rest for 10 to 20 minutes.

Minimize vibration of foaming machine

When the power device of the foaming machine is working, it will generate certain vibration. Such vibrations can disrupt the production of already formed foam. At the same time, when the vibration is too large, it will cause damage to the instrument installed on the machine. Therefore, when installing the foaming machine, use anchor screws as much as possible to fix the foaming machine on the ground. When the screws are loose, they should be tightened in time. If it is a mobile foaming machine, it is necessary to install a stable foot. When using it, raise the moving wheel to stabilize the foot. Try to make the foaming machine have good stability.

Foam machine water leakage treatment

The water leakage of the foaming machine is generally caused by the foaming agent inlet pipe or valve. At this time, you can check whether the inlet pipe is broken, whether the joint is loose or not tightened. You can also check whether the valve is loose or damaged. If it is damaged, replace it immediately. The liquid leakage of the foaming machine is easy to cause the waste of the foaming liquid and affect the quality of the foam. Therefore, in the event of leakage, stop the inspection immediately, find out the location of the leakage, and deal with it as soon as possible.
