Safe and standard operation of foaming machine
1. Before production operations, operators should wear protective equipment.
2. Check and clean the surrounding environment of the equipment, in principle, it is not allowed to store any materials not related to production.
3. Check the control switches, buttons, electrical circuits, operating handles, handwheels, and wire ropes of the equipment and the mold frame for damage or malfunctions to ensure that the equipment and facilities can be operated under safe and reliable conditions.
4. Check whether the equipment safety protection device is intact and whether the work is sensitive and reliable. Check whether the test "emergency stop" is effective and reliable.
5. The safety protection devices (such as mechanical lock levers, stop plates, and various safety protection switches, etc.) on the equipment are not allowed to move casually, nor are they allowed to be modified or intentionally lose their function.
6. Check whether the screws of each part are tightened, whether there is any looseness, if any parts are abnormal or damaged, they should report to the technician on duty, and the technician on duty should deal with it or notify the maintenance personnel to deal with it.
7. Before spraying, pay attention to check the opening and closing of the air valve of the exhaust pipe: the air valve should be open when the air is exhausted; the air valve should be closed when the air is not exhausted. It is strictly forbidden to carry out spraying operations when the air valve is closed!
