First, let me show you the components of the foam concrete equipment. It includes feeding system, foaming system, mixing system and pumping system. For the feeding system of foam coagulator, we designed a conveyor to transport raw materials, such as cement, sand, fly ash, slag and so on. We have designed two types of conveyors: screw conveyors and belt conveyors. The screw conveyor with dust cover can reduce the dust in the feeding process. About the foam system of foam coagulator, we design a kind of high tech foam generator, which can produce abundant foam automatically.
In a foam generator, there is an air compressor to provide enough air to introduce the air into the foaming agent solution to produce a large amount of foam. As for the mixing system of foam concrete equipment, we use the ordinary mixer to stir the slurry, and use the static mixer to stir the foam and slurry, so as to ensure the good performance of the final foam concrete product. As for the pumping system of foam coagulator, we adopt hose pump to pump fluid foam concrete, which will hardly damage the foam concrete. Compared with screw pump and piston pump, hose pump is the best pump for conveying foam concrete.
After making foam concrete, if you need to cut it into foam concrete bricks, we can also provide you with a professional foam concrete brick cutting equipment. General foam concrete brick cutting equipment has two kinds, one is the wire cutting equipment, the other is the blade cutting equipment. Compared to blade cutters, wire cutters are economical and can be used to cut foam concrete bricks, but not fibers. As the main materials of our foam concrete are cement and sand, so the wire cutting equipment has been able to meet our requirements, which is our best choice.
